I have just been sent this video, assuring that this happened yesterday in Shengavit Administrative District [of Yerevan]. Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote about this on his Facebook page Tuesday, and posted this video.
“This is a manifestation of extreme irresponsibility; a threat to national security. I have instructed the director of the NSS [National Security Service] to deal with the organizers of all such events,” he added.
