Armenian Police Report 583 Cases Of Violation Of Mask-Wearing Rules In Public.

The Police of Armenia continues inspections throughout the republic and enforce the preventive rules and impose administrative sanctions against the offenders violating the Commandant’s Office instructions.

As the law enforcement agency said in a statement, some 65 vehicles were stopped for violating the requirement for the passengers ate wear face masks. According to the Commandant’s decision no passengers are allowed to sit in front seats in taxis, while both the passengers and drivers should wear face masks. 583 cases of violation of the above regulation was recorded over the past day, the source said.

Meanwhile, 357 citizens were detected for violating the prescribed safety rules to have masks with them while outside for which the police officers have filed reports.
