Today, the Republic of Armenia confirmed 79 new coronavirus cases and 1 new death, on Monday, May 11, taking the total number of cases to 3,392, per Armenia’s Ministry of Health.”¨-
Out of the 3,392 total cases, 1,359 people recovered (34 Today) and 46 patients with underlying health conditions died. The remaining 1,970 are active cases, per Alina Nikoghosyan, Spokesperson for the Ministry of Health. To date, 32,561 negative coronavirus tests have been conducted in Armenia, added Nikoghosyan.

The 46th COVID-19 fatality was a 69-year-old male with pre-existing chronic diseases, per Alina Nikoghosyan, Spokesperson for the Ministry of Health.
