Azerbaijani Diplomat Beat Tbilisi Restaurant Musicians for Performing an Armenian Song.

Fight broke out at Tbilisi’s Gabala restaurant because of the song by the Armenian artist Arsen Shakhunts.

The song ”Девочка стоп!” (”Stop Girl!”) angered the attaché of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Georgia Vugar Mammadov, who is a regular visitor to this restaurant.

According to Rusarminfo, singer Afik Novruzov said that one of the restaurant’s visitors ordered the famous song of the Armenian singer, after which the diplomat first scolded the musicians and then beat them.

The police officers could not detain the Azerbaijani client, since Mammadov has diplomatic immunity.

It is also noted that the singers of the restaurant (Azerbaijanis by nationality) met with the ambassador of Azerbaijan to Georgia and reported about the indecent behavior of the diplomat.
