Newly elected Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan today appointed Major General Jalal Harutyunyan as the country’s Minister of Defense and Commander of the Defense Army.
Harutyunyan has also appointed Gagik Martirosyan as Administrative Head of the Shahumyan District.
Artur Aghabekyan has been appointed Chief Adviser to the President of the Artsakh Republic.
