The Azerbaijani side has failed to show up at the planed negotiations on the border situation, informs the Ministry of Defense of Armenia in a statement.

The statement runs as follows,

“As we reported earlier, today, on May 19, at 2:00 p.m., the talks on the peaceful settlement of the situation created by the provocation carried out by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border were to continue. Despite the agreement reached in advance, the Azerbaijani side did not attend the talks.”
