Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan held a phone conversation with U.S. President-elect Donald Trump on November 16, according to the Prime Minister’s Office.
Pashinyan congratulated Trump on his election victory and provided an overview of recent developments and the current state of Armenia-U.S. relations.
The two leaders also discussed issues related to the regional agenda.
On November 6, Pashinyan made a post on X (formerly Twitter), congratulating Trump, stating, “Warmest congratulations to Donald Trump on your impressive victory as the 47th President of the United States. Mr. President-elect, I look forward to working with you to build up Armenia-U.S. strategic bilateral relations based on our shared values, priorities and interests.”
