Today, MP Varazdat Karapetyan resigned from the “My Step” faction citing he’ll be appointed Armenia’s trade representative in China he informed in a Facebook post.
His post reads as follows:
“Dear friends,
Today I submitted an application to resign from the deputy mandate.
From December 4, I assume the responsibilities of Armenia’s trade representative in China.
Now, more than ever, Armenia needs new connections, markets, opportunities, new investments.
In the near future I will present to the businessmen the sequence of our joint actions.
Dear people of Gegharkunik, keep sending me your problems and questions. I will try to contribute to their solution as much as possible.”
