By the decrees of the President Armen Sarkissian, Arayik Harutyunyan was relieved of the post of Republic of Armenia Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, and Vahram Dumanyan was appointed to that post. Armenpress was informed about this from the Public Relations Department of the Office of the President of the Republic of Armenia.
“Based on the proposal of the Prime Minister, in accordance with Article 131 of the Constitution, as well as Article 5, Part 1 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government, Arayik Harutyunyan was dismissed from the post of Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports.
The decree of the RA President to appoint Vahram Dumanyan as the RA Minister of Education and Science says “Based on the proposal of the Prime Minister, in accordance with Article 131 of the Constitution, as well as Article 5, Part 1 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government.
