Violating the ceasefire, Azerbaijan is striking the civilian settlements of Artsakh. As a result of a missile strike on the Avetaranots village of Askeran region a civilian, Gevorg Hambardzumyan, was killed; two civilians, Henrikh Adamyan and Andrey Hambardzumyan, were wounded, per Artak Beklaryan, Human Rights Defender, Ombudsman of Artsakh.
