Ignoring the ceasefire announced for humanitarian purposes on October 10 at 12:00, the Azerbaijani units attacked the area called “Karakhambeyli” at 12:05. The units of the Artsakh Defense Army take appropriate measures to stop the enemy’s attack, per Shushan Stepanyan.
