On March 3, 2025, the All-Armenian Student Association (All-ASA) officially opened applications for its groundbreaking Mentorship Program. The deadline to apply is March 21, 2025.
The All-ASA Mentorship Program is a first-of-its-kind initiative that will pair a competitive, select group of ASA students and recent alumni with 50 of the brightest minds in the Armenian community, including top professionals, executives, and pioneers in their fields.
This program provides close mentorship and guidance to young Armenians aspiring to become industry leaders. It aims to bridge generations by connecting accomplished Armenian professionals with the next wave of talent, guiding their transition from education to career, strengthening the Armenian professional network, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Mentors include CEOs and founders of top companies, partners at leading legal and financial firms, and doctors pioneering the medical field. They represent companies such as Bank of America, Netflix, Index Ventures, Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, Adventist Health Glendale, Leonard Green and Partners, UCLA School of Medicine, and more.

Last month, All-ASA announced a series of major reforms aimed at expanding career and academic opportunities for Armenian students, strengthening student networks, and ensuring long-term success. As part of these reforms, the organization launched a powerhouse Steering Board, a $500,000 Scholarship Program, an Internship Placement Program, and expanded its reach to the East Coast. The Mentorship Program, now accepting applications, is one of the most ambitious initiatives, connecting students with industry leaders across multiple fields.
