Today, on December 1 at 12:00 a.m. Yerevan time, the Armenian authorities officially handed Artsakh’s Lachin region over to Azerbaijan per the November 10 trilateral agreement signed by the Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
