BREAKING NEWS: Armenian Youth In Australia Protest Against Azeri Aggression.

On July 24, a protest was organized by the Armenian Youth Federation in front of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Canberra, Australia to protest Azeri aggression.

Over 100 Armenians made their way to the nation’s capital to demonstrate their outrage due to the deplorable and disgraceful actions of the Azerbaijani government in its attack targeted at civilians in the Tavush region. More wanted to attend the protest, but because of COVID-19 laws, numbers were restricted, Zartonk Media’s sources in Australia reveal. The attack yet again demonstrates an instance of unprovoked ceasefire and human rights violations against the Republic of Armenia.

The protest in Canberra, Australia among many others across the world, calls for an end to Azeri aggression and urges the international community to pursue sanctions on the government of Azerbaijan and shed light on its international and human rights violations. Armenians everywhere throughout the Armenian diaspora stand with the peaceful people of Armenia and reaffirm their undeniable right to security and independence. These rights were reiterated by Aram Tufenkjian, Sarin Zaitounian, Anna Berberian, and Hrant Boujikian, all members of the Armenian Youth Federation of Australia.

All over the world, Armenian communities have responded to the calls, launched by youth. The message is universal: Diaspora, Artsakh and Armenia are one!
