Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, today in Geneva, met with OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Igor Popov (Russia), Stéphane Visconti (France), Andrew Schofer (US) and Andrzej Kasprzyk, Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office. Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Anna Naghdalyan gave no additional details on the meeting in her Facebook post.

Earlier today, a meeting between Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Elmar Mammadyarov, the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, also took place in Geneva. Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Spokesperson Anna Naghdalyan, in a Facebook post, writes that the meeting was attended by OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Igor Popov (Russia), Stéphane Visconti (France), Andrew Schofer (US). Mnatsakanyan and Mammadyarov’s last meeting took place in Bratislava on December 4 when the two agreed to meet at the beginning of 2020.
